Step 1: Open online portal of MCD https://mcdonline.nic.in/portal
Step 2: Then click on “Online Services.”
Step 3: Open “Registration of Birth & Death.”
Step 4: Then you need to choose any option between Zone, Ward, Colony.
Step 5: Now you need to signup, click on “New User Click Here For Signup / Registration.” As you can see in an images.
Step 6: Now fill this signup form.
Step 7: Now click on “Birth / Still Birth / Death Registration.”
Step 8: Now Birth / Still Birth / Death Registration page will open, just choose “BIRTH REGISTRATION.”
Step 9: Fill “Form 1” completely.
Step 10: After filling “Form 1” Completely, you will get a reference number as an acknowledgement. After that within few days you will get your child’s birth certificate, which you need to download from mcd portal. For downloading birth certificate you need to follow the below mentioned steps:
How to Download Birth Certificate Online?
Step 1: Open MCD online portal https://mcdonline.nic.in/portal
Step 2: Then click on “Online Services.”
Step 3: Open “Registration of Birth & Death.”
Step 4: Then you need to choose any option between Zone, Ward, Colony.
Step 5: Now you need to login using your registered mobile number.
Step 6: If your Application got approved then in a approved option you can see your application detail, as you can see in an images.
Step 7: Now click on “Actions,” then click on “Download Certificate,” as you can see in an images.
Step 8: Now your birth certificate has been downloaded, as you can see in an images.
Now birth certificate comes with barcode, so details can be easily identify searching barcode only. This birth certificate don’t require any seal or signature from the magistrate.
